1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Keyword-App ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Keyword-App is a keyword research tool that provides keyword suggestions from various platforms including Google, YouTube, Amazon, eBay, Bing, and Etsy. The Service is designed to help users discover relevant keywords for SEO, content creation, and e-commerce purposes.

3. Service Tiers

3.1 Free Tier (Anonymous)

  • 2 keyword searches per day
  • Access to all 6 supported platforms
  • 100 keywords per search
  • CSV export functionality
  • No account registration required
  • Search limit is tracked by IP address to prevent abuse
  • Search limit resets daily at midnight UTC

3.2 Free Tier (Registered)

  • 5 keyword searches per day
  • Access to all 6 supported platforms
  • 100 keywords per search
  • CSV export functionality
  • Search history tracking
  • Search limit resets daily at midnight UTC

3.3 Starter Plan ($9/month)

  • 50 keyword searches per day
  • Access to all 6 supported platforms
  • 100 keywords per search
  • Save up to 1,000 keywords
  • CSV export functionality
  • Search history tracking
  • Priority support

3.4 Pro Plan ($19/month)

  • 200 keyword searches per day
  • Access to all 6 supported platforms
  • 100 keywords per search
  • Save up to 10,000 keywords
  • CSV export functionality
  • Search history tracking
  • Priority support

3.5 Business Plan ($49/month - Coming Soon)

Includes everything in Pro, plus:

  • 500 keyword searches per day
  • Full API access
  • Team collaboration features
  • Dedicated support

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent usage limits
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute keyword data without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Keyword-App and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Keyword suggestions are aggregated from third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Keyword suggestions are accurate, complete, or up-to-date
  • Results will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYWORDAPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or data

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party APIs and services (Google, Amazon, eBay, Bing, Etsy) to provide keyword suggestions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs may affect the functionality of our Service.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keyword-App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keyword-App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
